6. Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use this site. It is the only analytics or advertising service running here, and it is active on every page. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and records:

• Which pages you visit, how long you stay, how far down you scroll, and how you leave.
• Taps on phone numbers, scheduling buttons, navigation links, and links that lead off the site.
• Which service and which city page an action happened on.
• How you reached us — the website that referred you, and any campaign or ad-click identifier in the link you followed.
• General device information such as browser, operating system, approximate location, and IP address.

So we can tell which advert or search led to a booking, your browser also stores the campaign details of your first visit for up to 90 days, and those of your current visit until you close the tab. That information stays on your device, and is passed on only if you go on to start a booking — in which case it travels with the booking request so we know where the job came from.

We do not use any of this to identify you personally, and we do not sell it. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to stop this site — and every other site — from sending it analytics data. Opting out does not affect your ability to browse, call us, or book a job.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
